Where we ship
We currently ship to Poland. [TO ADD: confirm or extend this list, and make it match your shipping zones in Shopify settings.]
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at weekends or on Polish public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partner in Asia. Estimated delivery to Poland is 12 to 25 business days from dispatch.
This is longer than a domestic warehouse and we state it plainly rather than burying it. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and carrier delays can extend them.
Under EU consumer law, if we have not delivered within 30 days of your order you may set an additional reasonable period, and if we still fail to deliver you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Shipping costs

Duties and taxes
Prices shown include Polish VAT. There is nothing further to pay on delivery: no customs charges, no handling fees.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email at dispatch. Tracking information can take several days to begin updating after dispatch. This is normal and does not indicate a lost parcel.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 35 business days of dispatch, email contact@reforium.com. We will trace it and, where it cannot be located, send a replacement or refund you in full at your choice.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will refund the item cost but not the original shipping cost. We can resend at your expense.
