1. Who you are contracting with

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly with your screen. Stated performance figures, such as battery standby and refill intervals, are manufacturer figures under favourable conditions and will vary with real-world use.
4. Prices
All prices are in Polish złoty and include VAT. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a system or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you promptly if this happens.
5. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation, and that is when the contract is formed. Until then we may decline an order, for example if the product is unavailable or we cannot verify payment.
6. Payment

7. Delivery

9. Warranty and liability
Goods are covered by the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee under Polish and EU law. Beyond that, we are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Safe use
Our products are for domestic animal use. Follow the instructions supplied, keep electrical components dry except where designed otherwise, and supervise first use with your pet. Products are not toys and are not for human consumption.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this store, including text, images, logos and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
12. Complaints and disputes
Please write to contact@reforium.com first. Most things are resolved in one email. If we cannot agree, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, approach the consumer ombudsman (Rzecznik Konsumentów) in your district, or bring the matter before the Polish courts.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
